Dmitra Gideon

Dmitra Gideon is a writer, educator, and activist in Pittsburgh, PA. A graduate of Chatham University’s MFA Program, they serve as Write Pittsburgh’s Director of Youth Programs and Abolitionist Law Center’s Disability Justice Advocate. Their work has appeared in PANK Magazine, Cold Mountain Review, and Pink Panther Magazine, among others.

Matthew Fash is an Illinois native. They are currently an MFA student at UIUC. They’ve had work appear in Doubleback Review, Raw Art Review, and Allusions, among others.

Aly Allen

Aly Allen is a trans poet and parent. Her chapbook Approaching Valhalla is available from Bottlecap press. Her recent works appear in Consequence and Two Hawks Quarterly. She earned a BA creative writing from University of Houston and an MFA creative writing at Oklahoma State University, where she teaches composition.  

Remi Recchia

Remi Recchia, PhD, is a trans poet and essayist from Kalamazoo, Michigan. A five-time Pushcart Prize nominee, he is the author of Quicksand/Stargazing; Sober; From Gold, Ghosts: Alchemy Erasures; and Transmasculine Poetics: Filling the Gap in Literature & the Silences Around Us. Remi holds an MFA in Poetry from BGSU.

Carina Stopenski

Andi Van den Berge

Andi Van den Berge is a writer of fiction and poetry. Andi integrates her perspective as a queer person from the south, into her work of exploring the human condition. Through her research and writing seeks to understand how environment during adolescence— is a crucial definer in our individual stories.

Barbara Marie Kinney

Barbara Marie Minney, a transgender woman, award-winning poet, and quiet activist, is the author of If There’s No Heaven, winner of the 2020 Poetry Is Life Book Award and an Akron Beacon Journal Best Northeast Ohio Book in 2020, and the Poetic Memoir Chapbook Challenge. 

Jason Clemmons

Jason Clemmons, Tar Heel poet and university administrator, has contributed to Slippery Elm, Fifth Wheel Press, and Sheila-Na-Gig. His writing reflects his experience as a gay man in the US South, often touching on themes of memory and resiliency. Jason lives in central NC with his husband, Peter.

Callie Crouch is an English major at Saint Joseph’s University and Editor-in-Chief of the university’s literary magazine, the Crimson and Gray. Her work appears or is upcoming in Olit Magazine, Wingless Dreamer’s anthology Dulce Poetica, Quarter After Eight, Red Noise Collective, Levitate Magazine, RockPaperPoem, New Note Poetry, and Coffin Bell.  

Liam Strong

Liam Strong (they/them) is a queer neurodivergent straight-edge punk writer who earned their B.A. in writing from University of Wisconsin-Superior. They’re the author of the chapbook everyone’s left the hometown show (Bottlecap Press, 2023). They are most likely gardening somewhere in Northern Michigan.

Megan Tripaldi (She/Her/They/Them) is an actor, internationally produced playwright with an MFA from Goddard College, and educator living and working in Portland, ME.

slp is a poet, songwriter, musician, and educator living in Colorado, who can be found vaguely under-promoting their first studio album widow’s daughter, or hermette-ing with their Smith-Corona typewriter and their melancholia. slp received an MFA from Colorado State University in 2013. They lived with a dog named Fred.

S.R. Nickoloff Warren

S.R. Nickoloff Warren’s (she/they) work has been published in Room to Grow, Quarantine Content, Honeysuckle Media, and Letting Go: A Community Zine—the last of which has raised over $1,000 for abortion resources. When they’re not writing, S.R. enjoys reading, rock climbing, and film photography.

Allan Scherlen

Allan spent his early life in San Antonio but moved to North Carolina and became a librarian at Appalachian State. He suffered a stroke, which because of its internal challenges, opened up courage to share new visions. Now, time is valued through a feeling for a disabled person.  

Sarah Rosenblatt

Sarah Rosenblatt holds an MFA from Brooklyn College and an MSW from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee; she is a therapist specializing in intergenerational trauma. Sarah’s poetry has been published in myriad journals including Ploughshares. She is the author of three books of poetry published by Carnegie Mellon University Press.  

Kae Winter

Kae Winter is a genderfluid lesbian, parent-by-choice, poet, Queer Arts Therapist and all-around strange human. Kae’s poetry focuses on the intersections of marginalized identities, power, privilege, societal trauma and the experience of relational love, accessing inner joy, and empathy for our monsters. Kae spends her time being amazed by her kiddo’s ability to love unconditionally and all the humble wonder that exists in the world.

johnny atlas is a writer living on Squaxin land in the PNW. His most recent work was published in ÓS, a multilingual literary journal in Reykjavik, Iceland. Other work can be found jammed in a xerox machine from the 90’s.

Cassandra Whitaker

Cassandra Whitaker (she/they) is a trans writer from Virginia whose work has been published in Michigan Quarterly Review, Beestung, The Mississippi Review, Foglifter, Bennington Review, Conjunctions, Evergreen Review, and other places. They are a member of the National Book Critics Circle and an educator.

Gabriel Noel

Binx River Perino is a queer poet from Texas. They hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College and are the author of Pure Light (Bottlecap Press, 2023). Their work has appeared in Variant Literature, Cold Mountain Review, GASHER, and elsewhere. They’re based in Chicago with their dog, Maya.  

Mukut Borpujari

Mukut Borpujari graduated with a major in English Literature from Arya Vidyapeeth College, Guwahati, and completed his Masters in Computer Application (MCA) in 2015, from Guru Ghasidas Central University, Bilaspur, CG. His early poems were published in various local newspapers and magazines.

Gail Crowe (he/they) is a trans poet and artist located in Troy, NY who focuses on nature, the body, the lived experience, and how each intertwine. They have most recently been published by The Pitkin Review, Coffin Bell Journal, and Willard & Maple.

Gary Barwin

Delilah Dennett

Delilah Dennett is a writer and poet. In 2021, she graduated with a degree in English literature from Cambridge University, where she studied Native American and Asian American life writing. Dennett has previously been published in Rigorous Magazine, Varsity, The Cambridge Student, the Dial and Cambridge Notes, amongst other publications.

Jamie Kitts is a Co-Managing Editor of Qwerty Magazine, Homerow Chapbook Series Editor, member of the Egg Poets’ Society, and trans woman living on the unceded and unsurrendered territory of the Wolastoqiyik People. Her work has appeared in or is forthcoming in Plenitude, The Malahat Review, Augur Magazine, and elsewhere.  

Dibyasree Nandy

Dibyasree Nandy has authored poetry and short story collections as well as novels. Her works have appeared in many anthologies and journals.  

Patricia Walsh

Patricia Walsh was born and raised in the parish of Mourneabbey, Co Cork, Ireland. To date she has published one collection of poetry, titled Continuity Errors, and two novels, namely, The Quest For Lost Eire, and In thr Days Of Ford Cortina.  

Nyx Lewis-Schmidt

Nyx Lewis-Schmidt is a queer, non-binary, autistic, disabled poet. When speaking fails them, poetry is their voice. They live in Sudbury with their wife and two gremlins – I mean, cats.

PW Covington’s work has been published in journals including those from University of Texas-Rio Grande Valley. He is a multiple Pushcart and Best of the Net nominee, and in 2019, his collection North Beach and Other Stories was named a Finalist in LGBTQ Fiction by the International Book Awards.

Susan Anderson

Susan Kay Anderson lives in southwestern Oregon’s Umpqua River Basin. Author of Please Plant This Book Coast To Coast (memoir, 2021) and Mezzanine (poetry, 2019), both from Finishing Line Press. Her poems are in recent issues of Barrow Street. She reads poetry submissions for Lily Poetry Review and Quarterly West.
